This is a new favorite food find. These “Sweet Olive Oil Tortas” from Ines Rosales are a product of Spain and are a perfect pair with a St. Andre cheese, dried apricots and a glass of Chardonnay! Or they stand alone with a cup of hot tea! There are a variety of these flavored crackers but the “Sweet Olive Oil Tortas” is our favorite. It is sweet and savory with a hint of anise.
We found these at our local Market Street grocery. If you can’t find them ask your grocer.
