Watermelon Lemonade
Start with the bright tang of lemon, gently sweeten it with golden honey then toss in fresh mint and cold, crisp watermelon. A quick blend and you’ve got the sweet flavors of summer in a glass!
- ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice, about 3 lemons
- ⅓ cup good honey
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- 6 cups seedless watermelon, cut into cubes
- 2 cups ice
Pour the lemon juice into the canister of a blender. Add the honey and the fresh mint.
Top with the watermelon and process on low for about 30 seconds to blend together.
Add the ice cubes and process, starting on low then a raising to high speed for about 30 seconds or until the ice is blended into the lemonade.
Serve straight up or over ice. Garnish with a lemon slice and a small sprig of mint!
