Dates are naturally sweet with an almost caramel like flavor and they make the most luscious smoothie imaginable!

Ingredients
¾
cup
vanilla yogurt
½
cup
milk
⅓
cup
chopped pitted dates
3
tablespoons
creamy peanut butter
3
frozen bananas
1
ripe banana
Instructions
Pour the milk into a blender followed by yogurt.
Add the chopped dates and the peanut butter.
Cut the frozen and the ripe banana into thirds, add to the blender.
Process, starting on low, for about 10 seconds then on high speed for about 20 to 30 seconds until the dates are puréed and the drink is very smooth.
Serve well chilled.
